Liron Misrahcy Philipson was engaged in variety of areas, such as: litigation, class action suits (representation of the nutritional supplements company), provisional remedies, establishment of companies in Israel and overseas, contracts, intellectual property, administrative law, support of complex transactions and preparing due diligence reports.
